Scaling across multiple countries came with unique hurdles:

  • High CPCs in markets like the UK and US
  • Poor Ad Rank and Quality Scores due to loosely matched keywords
  • Limited control over how budgets were spent by age, intent, and device
  • Inconsistent results from early broad-match campaigns

To perform well in a B2B SaaS category this competitive, we needed structure, segmentation, and surgical targeting.

🚀 Strategy & Execution

Phase 1: Broad Testing (Days 1–14)

We launched initial campaigns with thematic ad groups, targeting broad keywords by use case and location.

Phase 2: SKAG Rebuild (Days 15–35)
