Lyle & Scott, a premium fashion brand, needed to scale their digital marketing efforts across key European markets while maintaining a high ROAS. With the summer sale approaching, the goal was to drive more revenue through Paid Social, PPC, and SEO—without compromising cost efficiency.
This case reflects our deep collaboration with Lyle & Scott and showcases the synergy between performance-driven Paid Media and strategic organic efforts.

Paid Social:
We ran a full-funnel campaign starting with low-cost awareness ads prior to the sale, followed by retargeting during the sale period. Advantage+ Shopping and catalog carousels (highlighting RRP-to-sale prices) were the top performers, especially on Instagram. Ad budgets were dynamically allocated to best-performing creatives and placements.
PPC:
Using a second CSS and Google Merchant promotions, we applied dynamic discounts and ran Performance Max campaigns for both top sellers and broad inventory. ROAS-based bidding was fine-tuned for each geo, while Search campaigns protected brand traffic. Multilingual ads were used across DE, FR, IT, and NL to improve conversion in EU markets.
SEO:
Parallel to paid efforts, we targeted non-branded and mid-funnel queries to increase organic visibility. This helped warm up new traffic which could be retargeted via PPC and Social.
